Refund policy
- purchaser has 30 days from receipt to exchange product(s)
- purchaser must obtain authorization to exchange the product(s) by contacting customersupport@myrewardstore.com prior to the exchange
- any product(s) approved for exchange must be unused/unworn
- purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
- shipping fees are non-refundable
